Its good to know how this “start-up veteran” is thriving with his new company. Many out there may want to learn more from him. Although the interview was not that comprehensive, I agree with Michael that real validation comes from “strangers” but I also want to state that if any of our family members is a a professional in the product or serve, then he or she qualifies as validator.
