I like to think of myself as an avid reader, but truth be told, I’m really more of a book collector and starter. I don’t know how many books I’ve bought, but never cracked open. And I have just as many that I’ve only read the first couple chapters of. One of those is The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People. I swear I’ve started that book AT LEAST half a dozen times. Yet only made it through the first two habits (Be Proactive and Begin With The End In Mind).
So it may be surprising to find that I have come across a book I’ve actually read nearly 4 times from cover to cover. It’s The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich by Timothy Ferriss. Great great book, and one you need to pick up and read this weekend.
Why should you read it? Simple. It will change your perspective on working, retirement, and life in general. I’m not a big self-help guru follower, but this one absolutely changed my paradigm of how I approach my businesses and what I’m working towards/for.
